ROBERT D. GALIANO, MD
Robert D. Galiano, MD, is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Northwestern University. Dr. Galiano graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and English literature from Washington University, and then completed his plastic surgery training at the world-renowned Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at New York University Medical Center.
Dr. Galiano is a dedicated surgeon-scientist who is committed to advancing the scientific basis of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. He has won many awards and honors for his scientific and clinical research, and has authored numerous journal articles and book chapters. Dr. Galiano is an editor of the best-selling textbook Current Therapy in Plastic Surgery.
